Do I have to pay a monthly fee? +
No. Your tag includes a Lifetime License. There are zero subscriptions and no hidden costs to use the core recovery features.
Will the finder see my personal phone number? +
Only if you allow it. You control your privacy status. Our Proxy Mode routes messages safely without exposing your personal data.
Does the tag need to be charged? +
Never. Henry is a 100% passive, battery-free system. It relies entirely on the finder's smartphone, meaning it works even if your lost device is dead.
Does Henry track my live location? +
No. We do not use GPS tracking. The system logs an approximate location only when a finder physically scans the tag.
